Casa Romantica: 2 Bedroom/2 Bath
The first thing you will hear is the sound of the ocean. It is calming. With the beautiful hardscapes and lush landscaping along the path to the doorway, you know this will be a special place even before you enter. The anticipation builds and you are not disappointed. As you pass through the hand carved entry doors, you enter your own private courtyard. The sound of the fountain only adds to the charm and you can’t wait to explore the rest of the home.
The floor to ceiling glass doors French doors between the main living and dining room and the courtyard bring the beautiful sounds of the outside right in. The traditional Mexican furnishings and amazing artwork only enhance the space as you take the room in – ready for your relaxation to begin.
But your curiosity gets the best of you and you move on to explore the rest of the rooms. The beautiful dining room can easily seat 6 with its iron chandelier over the fireplace, you know that your meals will be a delight. And the kitchen’s hand painted tile countertop has all the conveniences of home with high end appliances and authentic Mexican dishware. You imagine the fish tacos, tamale’s, and enchaladas!
You wander to the other side of the main room to find another small outdoor courtyard – these wonderful outdoor spaces so cleverly inserted right into the center of the home is such a wonderful site. The bedroom is luxurious with plenty of storage and television and DVD player. And just across the hall is a gorgeous bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and large shower.
But it is the upper level that you are so anxious to see and it is spectacular. The upper deck is open and views of the mountain are truly wonderful. The sound of the ocean is simply magical. You sink into one of the lounge chairs and notice the large BBQ grill and now you can’t wait to go fishing just to fill that grill with fresh Dorado! There is a larger seating area and you are pretty sure that this is where you will start that new book you brought with you.
A doorway into the upper suite is a work of art itself. The large bedroom with two twin beds is on one side, and another very large bathroom with soaking tub, double sinks, and large shower await you here as well. How pampered you feel!
Just choose your room and leave your luggage. It is time for a margarita!
